Point Martin ain't it. Just bring Lowry in.

This team doesn't believe in the philosophy of passing up an OK shot for the better shot.

That possession with Cody holding onto the ball while multiple Hornets came up to him to take it and he still wouldn’t give it up until it was a grenade is just <chef kiss>

Seriously, Cody was looking brain dead out there.

Cody had an awful half. Got roasted by White and brought nothing offensively.

I'm glad Miller is going gunner mode, let him find his way and work on his one on one moves in live ball action.

Yeah watching that possession unfold was like WTF is going on! Shades of Devonte Graham trying to iso with the shot clock turned off at the end of a quarter, except Martin was a statue!

That's surprising. Figured we'd have at least a few of those.

Miles is going to get paid. People bitch about is off the court stuff but half a dozen teams want to trade for him. Just pay him.

Hopefully this run of games in January convinces a team to pony up a future first for him for a playoff run.

He's not giving up his bird rights.

Ayo (or Coby) would be an almost perfect compliment for LaMelo in the backcourt. Wasn't he available this offseason? I would trade PJ for him yesterday. Now his worth is probably Miles.
I don't support domestic violence. Thanks Miles

Technically he has five points in five games. He's made one three-pointer and two free throws all in the same game. Four the five games he's played in he scored 0 points. However, cliff gushed about him again last night talking about how amazing he is as a Defender and how he helped slow down their penetration last night. His net rating in such a small sample size is actually good compared to the other players over the past five games, again it's a tiny sample size though. At the end of the day it doesn't really matter because the rest of the season should be about developing Nick and seeing what you have with Bryce and black and maybe even giving Bailey some run.

We'll see. Maybe the young players need to see someone play perimeter defense the right way. But can any team really live with a player who gives them 0 points no matter how good they are on defense? We went through this for several years with mkg. It just doesn't work.

In the current NBA, you can win with a really good offensive player who is bad on defense but you can’t win with a really good defensive player who is bad on offense. If you don’t offer something on the offensive end, you’re not playable. The offense will come out on top over defense in today’s NBA because of the way games are called and spread out three point shooting. This is where Clifford hasn’t evolved at all
