Jonquel Jones is in her bag tonight. Washington has no answer for her on the block.

Was closer for longer than I expected. Good for Mystics for the fight. But Liberty pulled away to close the half having played not their best. Credit to both teams for taking away opponent best ways of playing.

I always hear John Paul Jones and have to do a split second brain reset.

Lots of tough defense on the perimeter. Sykes and Cloud are really keying in and forcing the ball out of Sabrina's hands but they're letting Vandersloot cook.

Man, Elene Delle Donne does not seem to enjoy moving. Injuries have really chipped away are her the past few seasons. She's still really frickn good at basketball, but she doesn't create seperation easily anymore and on defense she has to be super proactive to make plays.

Liberty a bit sloppy and giving up the lead while giving hope to Mystics.

Hard not to get a little sloppy when Natasha Cloud is playing D like that!

Great decision making by Sabrina. She knows the Mystics are reacting to her every move so she leveraged that into that slick pass inside to Stewie.

This game is awesome.

This is high iq basketball. I love both teams honestly even though I'm rooting for the Liberty. Natasha Cloud has been an absolute star tonight

Who is the Michael Jordan of the WNBA?

Always heard the women's basketball GOAT was Cheryl Miller but she never played in the WNBA as it wasn't around back when she played.

Some people might say Maya Moore. Taurasi is the most popular and celebrated probably.

I don't think there's been a WNBA figure like Jordan yet. If you're comparing, it makes more sense to compare it to the NBA in the 1970s. It's been around for 27 years now. Young league.
