Memphis made a bunch of trades that ultimately resulted in them giving up D'Anthony Melton, the #22, #29 and then landing Jake Laravia, David Roddy, and Kennedy Chandler.

The loss of Melton probably boosts the likelihood that they will resign Tyus Jones, though the acquisition of Kennedy Chandler might push them the other way.

Ultimately, Jones is an unrestricted free agent. He is going to play where he wants to play. We can offer the full MLE. Would he rather start here, or be a backup in Memphis? And how much is Memphis willing to pay him to convince him to stay?

The Knicks now have:

Wizards 2023 (protected 1-14 in 2023, 1-12 in 2024, 1-10 in 2025, 1-8 in 2026)
Pistons 2023 (protected 1-18 in 2023, 1-18 in 2024, 1-13 in 2025, 1-11 in 2026 and 1-9 in 2027)
Mavs 2023 (protected 1-10 in 2023, 1-10 in 2024, 1-10 in 2025)
All their own 1sts,
A bunch of extra 2nds.

Would they have any interest in Bradley Beal?

Rod Beard: #Pistons Troy Weaver said team owner Tom Gores told him yesterday afternoon: “Be aggressive and go for it.” I think Weaver did his job well on that. – via Twitter detnewsRodBeard

Good for John. He doesn't really loose any money then. Good for him.

Happy for John to get a chance to show that he's got something left to give, and him being friends with George and having LA as his offseason home probably has a lot to do with his decision.

I legitimately wonder just how he's going to fit over there.

Both George and Kawhi have the ball in their hands an inordinate amount of time and then you've got Jackson whose carved out a niche as secondary ball handler.

Exactly how do the Clippers expect this to work?

Ty Lue has a tough job here.

I got to think Wall will be playing with 2nd unit guys more often like with Covington, Powell, Batum, Mann

I remember the year that he only made 3 three point field goals out of 41 attempts.

However, I believe he's evolved as a shooter. I honestly believe the guy can hit shots Now.

I don't know how it's going to fit but I cannot see John becoming a liability basketball court.

Reggie Jackson is a baller. John is still a legit talent. They push each other in practice. The Clippers depth has improved. Ty Lue is the perfect coach to direct point guards.

What I anticipate is they're going to be way better than the Is Los Angeles Lakers

Mann is a baller. I like their second unit. I would also include their big man who was a Laker... I just don't feel like Googling his name right now

Wow! The Knicks are sacrificing a lot to land Brunson!

Also, Detroit continues to make shrewd moves. They add to their depth and land more future picks. Burks and Noel come off the books next summer anyhow.

Eats and spits out. Not enough fiber. Too bland or too sugary sweet whatever you call ordinary cereal.

Troy Weaver, from like 5+ years ago, still the GM I want for DC. I recall his connections with Carmelo and OKC and his DC roots off the top of my head.

Ted Leonsis and Tommy Sheppard ...

Meh
Bye bye Beal.

I like Tommy and I think Ted is basically a good, SMART man.

I APOLOGIZE SINCERELY but I'm telling you for true my opinions FWIW

I Want to Be Wrong,,,Please impress and win more than 45 games and advance beyond round 1
Bye bye Beal.
