Speaking of the latter, I can't wait to see how much the Pistons throw at him. I'm sure there is a formula to quantify it using his stats and impact metrics, and he has to be up there in terms of being one of the most overpaid guys in NBA history.

I guess it's not fair to judge without Randle....but this Brunson iso thing has zero chance of deep playoff success. They're playing a team that doesn't even have a good defensive matchup for him.

He's just old and slow(er) now. Still does some of those little things that don't show up on the score sheet but also doesn't do enough that you want to show up on the scoresheet. I doubt he gets many offers this summer.

Nurse getting worked in this matchup by Thibs, but after what OG's done to them this series, Morrey has to throw the max out there to pry him away once they strike out star hunting.

He'd be their best backup C, starting PF, SF, rebounder, etc.

Every vulnerability they've been exposed to in this series is something OG shores up. Batum is the only guy remotely providing some of the strengths and he's ancient.

Yeah, mdenny is right but that won't show until the ECF when the Cs curbstomp them. I actually think the Knicks will sweep the Pacers.

Good point. Don't think the pacers have a good matchup for brunson either. Orlando and Boston are more equipped to lock him up with Suggs and Holiday.
