Praying the Pels or Thunder give us a 2025 first round pick for Poeltl.

There was a 50% chance that Pistons dropped to 5.
For sure. I would still take that chance in the cooper Flagg draft.
They probably sell the sizzle, don't get attached to that pick. It's out biggest asset now.
I remain detached and hope for the best.
I believe in Masai.

If we can it would be 1 of 2 things:
1 injuries (followed by intentional tanking
Or
2 scotty, iq, rj and dick massively disappoint. I really don't understand the theory "I want our current draft picks to fail miserably so we get another draft pick" but that's the whole mystery box/mystery spin logic in a nutshell.
3) we trade Poeltl and have no proper bigs
I believe in Masai.

Considering we could lose Gary for nothing and have zero depth - I’m looking forward to seeing Gradey, IQ, RJ and Scottie level up at the expense of wins.
I’m most looking forward to the Canadian Olympic teams now.
I believe in Masai.

Yes for sure, especially if we absorb salary.

Even with no proper bigs.....if our players in their 20s can't win 30 games.....then the problem is much more existential. We have like 5 players (?) Drafted in the top 20 over the past 5 years and two of them were top 5.
If they can't get more than 30 wins....the our problems are daunting. Putting all your hopes in another mystery spin of the big wheel is just a weird logic. The much better chance for this team is for all our prospects to continue improving. And it's impossible for that to happen simultaneous with a 25 win season.

even if we truly tank next year, we would not have the bottom 3 records in the league.........but still we should tank hard next season.

Might need to put Tonya Harding on the payroll if we truly expect to be bottom 3 next year.
This place is insufferable.

I'm all in on Harper.
He's been popping all over my feed for the past few months.
Crazy thing is that Givony has him as the 6th best prospect of next year's draft, which just speaks volumes about how strong this upcoming draft class will be.
Its almost highlights vs a chair though. Did any of those defenders use their body even once? Maybe the drill was defend without touching anyone.
This place is insufferable.

I think Ingram to hawks just became a near lock
Pelicans are going to want DJM and OO
Not sure what the hawks will want in addition to Ingram. Daniels? Lakers 2025?

I think Cavs will get Ingram. Pels need a defensive center.
Jarrett Allen + Caris Levert for Brandon Ingram

I think Pelicans need spacing around Zion. Allen doesn’t help there.
Pelicans also had success towards end of season playing Zion as small ball 5. Don’t think it’s something they’d want to do a lot of but to mix it up it is interesting.

Maybe I'm just not that high on Ingram as I see too much Siakam in his game, but I would rather have Allen than Ingram. I guess I can see the swap making sense for their team needs.
Props TZ!

It’ll likely be a combo of “injuries” and trades. Aka 1 + 3.

Dejounte and Onyeka? Seems like a massive overpay to me.
