1. Minnesota- Michael Beasley
Census #1 pick, best player to rebuild with.

2. Miami- Derrick Rose
their point guard troubles are over.

3. Seattle- DeAndre Jordan
A Center who can play, finally.

A young SG, BPA

5. L.A. Clippers- O.J. Mayo
Clippers get a point guard.

Sacramento stock pile centers.

A young guard to put behind Gordon.

Another wing to play behind Dunleavy/Granger

Another C for them.

23. Phoenix- Richard Hendrix
A young big.

24. Dallas- Brandon Rush
their Eddie Jones replacement

25. Portland- Tywon Lawson
a young pg... Portland doesn't need much anymore

26. New Orleans- Bill Walker
their SG of the future?

27. San Antonio- Serge Ibaka
Another player Buford can keep overseas.

28. Los Angeles- DeVon Hardin
Lakers get a young big full of athleticism.

29. Detroit- Jason Thompson
a good PF/C for the future.

30. Boston- Kyle Weaver
A PG/SG who can handle the rock when Rondo sits?

Don't kill me :-? [/i]

I can't say anything mean about this mock afterthe compliment to start the post. Solid mock all in all, though I think Sacto would be much smarter taking a guy like Lopez if they go big, as apposed to Hibbert. Hibbert and Hawes are both centers only. Lopez has the athleticism to play with Hawes at the 4. Thabeet is vastly overrated here in my opinion. His stock is on the rise, but going ahead of Oglivy and Koufos is crazy at this point. Charlotte is close enough to contending that they shouldn't take the project that is Thabeet. I also think you underrate Donte Greene here. Aside from that, nice job.

If the Knicks ended up with Bayless, I would cream my pants. I have him ranked higher then most of the players you put before him.

The Sonics wont take another project center. If Gordon or Bayless is on the board they will probably draft one of them.

Phili doesnt need another wing. Donte Green is a SF, at 6'10'' hes too big to play SG. I wouldnt call Kousfos a foregin center hes from the states, I dont see Utah taking him hes a younger Okur. The Suns dont have a 1st rounder, Seattle owns it.

not too shabby, especially with the tweaks. I think Lopez makes the most sense for the Kings where they are. They really need a PG, too, but their pick seems to be stuck between the upper tier (Rose, Bayless) and lower tier (Augustin, Collison). Lopez is more than capable playing PF, and his athleticism would be a nice compliment with Hawes.

I'm not sure Hardin falls all the way to LA in the late 20s, but the late first round always seems to get crazy so maybe?

Cavaliers will go probably go big in the draft in the draft. Z will be 33 next June and Gooden, Varejao and Marshall will be in the last years of their contracts.

Also, the Cavaliers need more shooting more than some PG. When it matters James will have the ball and at that point you need people who can space the floor and make shots.

Id rather have the ball in the hands of LeBron James than Darren Collison. Team USA had Jason Kidd and didnt take the ball out of James' hands so what's the point of Collison?

Seattle easily takes one of Gordon or Bayless.

Why would the nets draft Thabeet. They'd go after a shooter..

Perhaps, but I could also see them drafting Jordan if they're convinced he's BPA then trying to work out a trade with Minny for Beasley (since a center would be a better fit there).
