He has to be able to stop on a dime. This stuff is going to happen. The knee should be sound, so it shouldn't be damaged from something like that.

Thankfully Jo seems fine, no noticeable limp, or grimace. If there is one thing we know about him, if he is hurt, you'll see it on his face, and his movement.

just give some guys too much rope and has a quick hook on others.

but tbf thats easy for us to gage in the moment but its something the great coaches seem to have a better gage on
