Somehow we're 11.5-pt favorites. That's absurd but I guess Toronto is that bad. Maxey is a GTD, so the line must assume he'll play.

Tobi plays IMO like he is afraid of getting injured before securing a new contract. He has probably lost a step but his lack of hustle and physicality on either end has also gone down a few levels.
