I'm happy to help the Clippers pay George as much as possible.

Pal George ain't ****.

If Kawhi is interested, get him. Otherwise, just sign $15m to $20m role players.

Morey making a play for George is embarrassing. Could've just went to get Dejounte. That was the most obvious move I've ever seen

It will be interesting to see how the playoffs unfold. Does Boston trade Brown if they get bounced early? Are the Pelicans committed to Ingram/Zion if they underachieve? I anticipate (hope) other players will become available once teams get eliminated and overreact

You guys are too much. Signing Paul George would not be a bad thing.

I think we're just tired of getting mid/late 30s guys who seem to always lose a step as soon as they put that Sixers jersey on.

Still remember all-NBA Chris Webber sending Iverson back to the NBA finals

Choose between the two options

Option 1: 2nd seed but Embiid showing signs of a knee injury

Option 2: 8th seed but Embiid fully recovered from a knee injury

As long as we have Embiid, seems like we have to choose a similar type of option every season.

The obvious takeaway is I want Tatum and Brown taking step-backs all night if we're playing them.

Yes sir. Just switch and let them win it by their ISO. Like I said, we had the right gameplan last year, it’s just as Embiid said, of all the night the variance has to favor Tatum its on game 6 and 7.

Give me Mitchell over George any day of the week. Would just need to apply every other cent towards defensive forwards (ie Royce O’Neale, Kyle Anderson) and rebounding (Drummond).

Maxey/Melton
Mitchell/Hield
(O’Neale)/Batum
(Anderson)/Reed
Embiid/(Drummond?)

Don't think Joel is capable of recruiting anyone

Not with that attitude.

Real talk, I think Maxey will be a better recruiter than Embiid.

I don't mean it as an insult. I just don't think he spends any of his time scheming.

I used to like the combo guard duo in the backcourt, but not anymore. However, I'm not going to pass up the opportunity to add Mitchell to this team.

This would be Mitchell's third team in four years. At that point, dudes are jaded and no longer in love with the league. You would get "Kevin Durant on the Nets" effort from Mitchell.

Joel Embiid has recently started practicing with contact — as the reigning MVP is getting “close” to a return, per John Clark

There is “some hope” that Embiid could make his return this week, Clark added.

^ April 2 maybe?

Would be very unorthodox to bring him back for a road trip.

But, this is the Sixers we're talking about. And Nurse is more than likely screaming from the rafters so they can try to catch Indy. Which might be a fruitless endeavor, but whatever.
