Ok....So Houston is swarming Embiid whenever he touches the ball in the halfcourt. He's getting calls when he tries to split the double team and this is all fine and rosey, but these refs will swallow their whistles in the postseason. He needs to make quicker, more sound decisions when this happens. This is actually good in game practice for him today. Clearly this was Udokas game plan and it would work perfectly in the postseason.

Great first half. You couldn't ask for more. Everyone is staring in their roles. Expecting Maxey to pick up in the 2nd half and close the game before the 4th quarter. Get Embiid some fresh legs for tomorrows game.

Speaking of, I think he looks better than the last couple of games he played. The knee was clearly bothering him. I hope it's now solved for good. He will need some conditioning in the next week or so to get back to his pace.

Batum is our second best defender after Joel (when he’s locked in). His help defense is insane.

Great defense by Senguin on Embiid. I don’t know what Alaa is going on about. His arms went down after Embiid went into his body. How could he not have his arms go down a little bit.
