CHA gets Russell and Hachimura
LAL gets Harden and Tucker
PHI gets Reaves and Hayward

Love both of those for us. Hard to imagine the Warriors moving Wiggins or the Lakers moving Reaves though.

Spawned from the Portland game thread:

Harden, Tucker to LAC
Exprings/pick compensation to POR
Grant and Brogdon to PHI

Honestly, I think I'd prefer to just get whatever pick compensation and filler. But in terms of helping right now, those guys fill some clear holes on the team.

It seems that Kuminga might be ready to step into Wiggins' shoes there now. And they have CP3 off the bench. Deal adds a little depth for them and shaves off a bunch of tax money.

The Lakers deal is harder to justify but they have to pay something of value, and without Reaves salary it's really tough to get them to match money and not destroy their depth. So figured no picks evened it out somewhat? IDK.

I don't see Morey abandoning his cap space dream for Grant and Brogdon.

Wonder if Charlotte would value Norm Powell or want compensation for taking him...

Well, we're too late to snag Jalen Johnson before the breakout.

They weren't trading him anyway. That's why they were trying to get rid of Collins for so long.

I consider doing this as a follow-up to the Soften trade. Balances the roster by moving a PF for a wing:

Sixers trade / Knicks receive: PF Marcus Morris

Knicks trade / Sixers receive: SF Evan Fournier + 2nd round pick

Yuck. I’d rather keep Morris

Two potential targets that I can see being available - both for very different reasons. Both are free agents at the end of this season

DeMar DeRozan - Bulls need to start a rebuild, Derozen is at the end of his career and likely will be traded before the deadline. Probably only need to give a late first round and salary filler. He would add scoring, but mainly midrange, his three-point shot is below average. Would add playmaking.
Is a safe option, but may not be the third star needed to make the Sixers a contender.

Miles Bridges - Seems like an absolute garbage human, but also a potential superstar. Almost untradable and out of contract at the end of the season, so may get him for second-rounders - depending on how the Hornets view his character. Exceptionally high-risk/high-reward player. At his best the Sixers could be a legitimate title threat.
I don't think I would be comfortable with the Sixers employing someone with a history of domestic violence, but it is a business. The organisation would need to have professionals mentally assess him. The reputational damage of him reoffending would be huge.

If the Sixers could get one of the two - who would you take??

I'm interested in what the price tag for Brogdon is going to end up being. A trade from earlier in the off-season for a late 1st fell apart due to medicals. Is he a guy that goes for multiple 2nds at the deadline? If we don't have something bigger on the table, Morris+2nd rounders for Brogdon would be a nice addition.
