Brunson is slow for a guard. You can tell he has had to counter all his life because of his lack of size and speed. I think Maxey has gotten by on speed that's why he is just now starting to add to his .

He was trying . He just figured out that the way the sixers were playing him he could take his time and draw fouls. The same way Embiid does. So now that he has figured that out the sixers can not cover him as aggressively.
