Sarr reminds me of Ayton in the fact that he's not good enough to anchor a defense at C and he's probably too big to play PF. So he's in that weird tweener role. Right now, his skill level doesn't look that great so having him play the 4 and hope his jumper develops seems like a longshot.

Topic has tremendous size and playmaking, but I need to see him shoot better when he gets back from injury. I don't want to get tricked by a high free throw percentage and bad shooting like we did with Killian Hayes.

Duke's Jared McCain and Arizona's Kylan Boswell might be my favorite targets at #26.

Both are 200 pound guards that can sling it from three.

Official measurements will be key for both of them. If one measures under 6'2", there's obviously less intrigue there.

The French guy flying under the radar right now is Melvin Ajinca. I haven't seen him mocked higher than the middle of the 2nd round.

19 year old 6'8" wing with fantastic shooting projection and decent handle/athleticism combo.

With sixers pick at 26th.

Ajay Mitchell, Bobi Klintman, Daron Holmes and Kwame Evans for late first to second round

Big fan of Evans and Holmes. Legit PFs with decent shot at jumpshot development.

76iology, you should look into PJ Hall. He's an excellent PF prospect. Only downside is that he'll be 22 on draft night.

He's on my watchlist. He's productive and has good touch. However, I currently categorize him as one of those bigs who rely on their age and size advantage over younger and smaller bigs. In the NBA, he won't enjoy the same advantage.

Good point. Topic leads his league in points in the paint (59% of his pts). He can get to point a to point b, unlike Hayes who seems to settle a lot before he got into the league. His shooting is the risk you have to take.

A safer bet would be Shepard, who I believe would excel if he played for the Warriors and served as an understudy to Steph Curry.

Both Topic and Shepard would be great for the Spurs.

Every playoff team in the East wants Virginia's Ryan Dunn because he's built to stop the Celtic Fs. He could be F version of Thybulle though in regards to being an offensive zero that teams don't have to defend.

Yeah, Sheppard might be the safest pick in the draft. It's pretty rare when a teenager projects as both an elite shooter and an elite defender.

He got rocked by the 6’8 260lb guys South Carolina had.

Weirdly looked unprepared for that level of physicality despite playing in a professional Euro league before.

He's really athletic and a great shotblocker, though. I'd be more concerned if he just played under the rim and bullied with his strength like a Luka Garza or something. Hall is a legit defender.

I have reservations on Reed Sheppard and Dillingham. Reed likely needs another year to run the show without Dillingham and Wagner essentially having equal or greater footing running the offense.

Dillingham’s frame and reliance on street ball iso will also take a while to translate to the league. Think both can be players at the next level, but will need a lot of onboarding time to figure it out. Not exactly top ten type players.

I don't see any options to take over Sheppard, honestly.

Outside of Ja'Kobe Walter, I don't think there's any teen I would take over Sheppard. I would take him in the top 3.

I heard Jay Williams on Gameday saying Knectht was going to be a top 5 pick. I doubt he goes that high, but I'm sure he'll go top 20 at this point.

Watching Carlton Carrington tonight! I know....I like the guards in college. He's got such a smooth mid range game already. Love this kid!

Brutal loss, just a perfect storm of a bunch of missed layups, missed free throws, and horrid officiating. One of those games, just glad it happened in January. Of course, the UT boards are acting as if the world is ending, but that's fans everywhere it seems.
