Celtics. So we would know what we should tweak in the offseason

They've lost to the Celtics enough, tyvm.

We haven’t lose a series against them with this team. I find this team, when healthy, can beat them in a playoff series.

The one thing we have now that we haven't had before is adequate wing depth. Tobi struggles against Jay Brown because of his lack of explosiveness and against Tatum he lacks the length.
Oubre when locked in can make some great defensive plays because of his length and athleticism, people forget he is not only a great athlete but 6'7 with a 7'2 wingspan. Rob Cov when healthy is great match defensively for Tatum, he has great hands, length and strength that is disruptive for wings. Batum thought lacking in explosiveness is still a smart defender with size and length. Kj Martin can be serviceable for spot mins as well.

When is Embiid coming back? With 11 games to go this team still has a legit shot at the 6th seed. If they can just win a game or 2 this upcoming week then it's a race to the finish with Miami and the Pacers.

Yes, the key to defeating the Celts is to switch everything with multiple lengthy wing defenders and force them to rely on Tatum's individual scoring, all while having a player who can dominate Porzingis on offense. Recent games against the Nuggets have revealed the blueprint for beating them.

Perhaps we won't be good enough to win, and there is ample evidence to support that notion, but I still want to see how we would perform and identify areas where we can improve.

The nuggets also have a bunch of big guards while we have a bunch of small guards that can be targeted. On the other side we have more shooting and playmaking and we have to see how big of an effect that will have with Embiid as the hub in the middle . Maxey going back to 2nd option , while having grown since the last series against the Celtics as well, should be interesting.

That's a home game against OKC right before they take off on a 6 day 3 game road trip.

Teams do not usually bring a guy off the DL to go on a road trip.

April 9 at home against Detroit is when I would expect to see Jo again.

kings 3/25 Away
clippers 3/27 Home
cleveland 3/29 Away
raptors 3/31 Away
thunder 4/2 Home
heat 4/4 Away
grizzles 4/6 Away
spurs 4/7 Away
pistons 4/9 Home
magic 4/12 Home
nets 4/14 Home

Yeah it looks like the last 3 games at home against the Pistons, Magic and Nets are probably the games Embiid should be targeting to return on. OK play in here we come.

It was hilarious when Mike Levin mentioned Russell Westbrook's 20-20-20 game in tribute to Nipsey Hussle. He jokingly suggested that Tobias Harris might also be paying tribute to someone with his 0-7 performance lol.

The Clippers collapse has been pretty hilarious to be honest. Definitely glad we weren't the one caught holding the Harden bag this upcoming offseason.

He's supposed to just be a backup, but because Nurse knows him and trusts him he's become a starter. The problem with coaches.

I think Lowry moves to the bench once Embiid is back & we can unleash the Hield/Embiid DHO.

I’m starting to get excited about us potentially getting the 8 seed & then taking out Boston in round 1 with Embiid back. That would be such a cathartic way to exorcise our Boston demons.

If PG is demanding an on-ball role as a creator, like it seems he does in the Clippers, i don't want him here at all.

I want Embiid to get as much playing time as possible. 76ers vs Celtics in the ECF's.......76ers win and Embiid goes on to be the MVP......of the NBA finals. Is that really too much to ask for after all the crap this team has gone through this season?

There is a 0% chance he comes back on April 2:
Read on Twitter

Two weeks from the date of that report would be April 6 against Memphis. 3 weeks would be in between the final two games of the regular season which are 4/12 and 4/14 against Orlando and Brooklyn respectively.

And even the two to three week timeline is just what they "hope"

Quite often teams will under report the health of a player just to be safe. So the "hope", that you have quoted, will probably be the absolute latest. But we will see I could be wrong.

Clippers/Pelicans is a terrible matchup for the Clippers too. They have so many good, long defenders to throw at Kawhi, PG, and Harden. I could easily see them being a first round exit.
