Or they can outright sign iHart
yeah ive seen ppl say they would offer ihart 20m/yr
im honestly not so sure about that (from OKC's perspective), because that would mean they have a clear idea that chet is a PF, and it would definitely change their spacing on offense.
i dont know if they would rock the boat like that, versus asking for mitch where they can trial chet at PF and still have Mitch at backup C at the same time playing 20-25-30mpg.
Not a given that Hartenstein would start

I am curious to see what Presti does in off season.
He will be on opposite end of trade.

This, as in most things needs a little context. Because of Jokic’s foot speed, KAT is a better defender on him than Gobert. But more importantly, KAT guarding Jokic allows Gobert to be his best version, which is as a monster help defender. KAT isn’t nearly as good in that role. So having Gobert in his more natural off ball defense is better for the entire team.

Nah he’s going to go out and try to get another big to back up Chet and a big like Naz Reid. They have two good first round picks and hella assets to make a trade. They’re just too light in the keister but that’ll be addressed and they’ll be a top two seed again.

Which well then use to trade for….? Because we know Thibs most likely won’t play the rookies.

thibs isnt general manager
this roster should not have 25-26-27 year old rookies or g-league level guys on the roster. (e.g. jacob toppin or charlie brown)
there is absolutely 0 reason for this regardless of what thibs thinks about rookies or vets or playing rookies.

The wild thing to me is that towns had knee surgery for a torn meniscus just 2 months ago and he came back in a month and somehow he’s playing

one of the top-seed upsets that still reside in my head was San Antonio losing to the grizzlies and that was so many many years ago
quite surprising OKC lost the series

Honestly I dont want either team to win. I dislike them for different reasons.

OKC lost for the same reason the Pacers could lose to us. They cant rebound worth a damn. I hope this doesn't mean they throw money at IHart.

Why would OKC coach challenge that and risk losing a timeout? Some people just struggle with clock management.

Dallas made two fantastic deadline deals. Still mad about it.
