I think McBride just played himself into a larger role elsewhere

So next season we're rolling with:
Brunson | McBride
Butler | DDV/Hart
Anunoby
Randle | Achiuwa
Hartenstein | Sims
I could get on board with that...Bogey + Mitch + DDV/Hart/Deuce + some picks?

Booker- not happening (wants to stay in PHX)
Durant- not happening (not getting traded)
Butler- not happening (doesn’t want us)
PG- not happening (wants max, too expensive to s&t for)
Towns- not happening (team is too successful)
Mikal- not happening (I’ve accepted it’s too good to be true)

Exactly, Jimmy sees how much fun we're having and wants some Thibs back in his life.

He’s clearly saying he doesn’t want Thibs

Not advocating for Spida.
If T-Wolves make it to the WCF, I don't think they're moving KAT as most of their core is signed for a couple of years. The ownership drama aside, if their revenue is well above the overall salary, they're going to keep it together. The year to trade for KAT was last offseason with his salary at 36 per. At 49 per in July, you're looking at Mitch, Bog, and 1 of the Nova boys.
Bridges had a very uninspiring season. For all accounts, I hear he's a really good worker and person, but he kind of took a step back for a number of reasons (I heard his head wasn't right, heart wasn't in it, coaching probably played into it).
- Randle and Bogdanovic for KAT (Wolves save 20 million or keep Bojan and don’t miss a beat)
- Mitch, (unfortunately McBride), some firsts for Bridges
- we dramatically improve our size, depth, passing and, most of all, shooting.
Isn't this moot, though, if the idea was to pair Towns with Randle, JB, and OG?
I don't see how our depth is improved if you're losing Mitch, Bog, Randle, and McBridge for 2 starters. Gutting the bench and a 20/10 guy for KAT and Bridges just seems more like a debatable upgrade. Still all moot, though, because I don't see Randle being traded and I think T-Wolves are more likely to keep KAT the deeper they go into the playoffs.

Duece is very likely to go in any deal as I don't see them breaking up the Nova boys. He has definitely upped his trade value as he is showing excellent defense that is now combined with a strong 3 ball and a developing ability to drive to the hoop too.

All depends on position. We developed Deuce and we haven't made a real draft pick in ages so we don't have anyone behind him really...
McBride also really is not a point guard. He is much like Caruso. Both guys CAN start for a winning team, but only if the other 4 guys are THAT good.
We can't afford to lose him, but he is more valuable to us than other teams so I think we will keep him even if it costs us extra picks.

Butler fit is questionable, but that's not what's interesting about this. Sounds to me Pat has no problem parting ways with Butler if the right team came along.

Deuce is an excellent combo guard & pair mate to Garland if they be losing Mitchell. He is on a great contract. Bogey would be salary filler and can still shoot. Rights to Rokas , Sims and Four first round picks will round out the package.
