Agree . Gonna be an interesting draft. I won‘t be shocked if the prejected 2nd rounder 7‘5“ Zach Edey goes top 25 (maybe to us.)
I have no expectations w the Knicks. Unless we move up we probably don‘t draft anyone exciting, except for that athletic beast who can‘t shoot.

We do need to refill our young talent pool. Probably a replacement for Sims and a defensive minded wing with some shot making.
Maybe even that Brunson like senior as backup pg (from Alabama?)

A bouncy back-up big, a 6'8" 3&D prospect, and a euro stash for our three picks could make sense...

In Leon we trust. So many A+ decisions/moves recently. Let’s hope he can keep the momentum going with more clutch decision-making.

Probably should get too excited about guys doing the shuttle run and shooting drills in empty gyms but here I am. Maybe it’s completely irrational but I think he’ll be able to shoot 3’s in the nba. If you have good touch and are a decent free throw shooter, there’s a solid chance that a jumper isn’t too far away. He kept getting better every year in college and it wasn’t a random jump on production. Might need someone to talk me off the ledge.

I think 20s is a good spot for him, just as long as we're not trading up to do so

He'll have a role in the NBA, but I don't exactly trust athletic testing. Plenty of guys are great empty gym athletes but aren't functional, can't bring it onto the court. Same way you can't really trust the NFL combine numbers when they don't match up with the eye test

I think it depends on what we do with iHart, cause if we're paying him and Mitch a ton of money, investing a 1st into a 3rd string C isn't great asset management, even if we put it in context that Mitch is always hurt.

Edy could be insurance for a long-term Mitch trade... and we use Precious as a "cheap" interim stopgap until Edy is ready to play minutes...

I don’t think he’ll make it to our pick. Could easily see him going much higher.

People trying to put comps on Bronny James but to me, he looks like Deuce McBride 2.0. Shortish PG/SG with good IQ but not really a true PG. Both are very good athletes with high upside defensive ability who can guard up positionally. With that said, should the Knicks look to draft him in the late 1st and develop him like they did Deuce? I think Thibs could get the best out of his overall potential.

For real though I really hope Edey pans out. He would have been the #1 pick in most drafts in the 90's.

Imagine if Denver got him to back up Jokic...

I have a feeling he could be going to Miami. Feels like a Rat move.

We could use a PF or a Combo PF/Center

They might grab a backup PG but I think it’s Rokas spot to lose, or they will want a Backup PG who can come in almost immediately
