Re: Around the NBA
I did not foresee the Knicks giving up 67% shooting in a game 7 to Indiana.
That game was a layup line for Indy.
Missing OG and Robinson really hurt, but that was an historically bad performance.
Both those teams would have been fighting for the last play-in spot in the west though.
And one of them is going to the conference finals.

Bingo. Jones is probably their best option for both like Gordon was, but he's both shorter and lighter than Gordon.
And where do they hide Doncic on defense?

Luka could hide on Rudy. Put Gafford on KAT, PJ on Jaden and have him cheat off to help against Ant and in the paint. DJJ on Ant and Kyrie on Mike.

Love the way his eyes lights up when he realizes he's getting autographed AE1 shoes

Re: Around the NBA
I see Indiana got the full Tony Brothers treatment tonight missing a bunch of obvious fouls on Jaylen Brown all night long.
Not real impressed by either of those teams, both making a bunch of dumb plays.
Boston's depth is not very good and they let TJ mcConnell cut them up to erase a 13 point lead in just a few minutes, although he was quite a defensive liability in OT.
All you have to do to beat Boston is do a halfways decent job on Brown and Tatum and not make dumb mistakes offensively.
Maybe Porzingis changes that equation a little bit, but how effective is he when he comes back?
Indy targeted Horford all night on offense.
Haliburton is overrated. Not a big fan of his postseason so far.

I want to be upset at him, but he was also one of only three people to put Anthony Edwards on all-NBA first team (Michael Wilbon of ESPN, Tolis Kotzias of SDNA)

Marca (spanish newspaper) subdirector, probably has no idea about the NBA, that newspaper is all about Real Madrid. It is a shame that these people are allowed to vote, especially when there is a lot of money that depends on these awards.

Indiana playing better without Haliburton?

Never trust someone who tweets “richest contract ever …!”
With contract maxes limited by the CBA, a rising cap simply means the “richest contract ever!” is usually just “the most recent contract ever.”
