As far as Skiles, there are no guarantees with anything or anyone. Whenever you bring in players you wonder if they will fit into what you want to do. But I trust Hammond and I trust Skiles. Both have done great work so far and Skiles has proven that he is a very good head coach throughout his career. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work but I think both of these guys are capable of getting the job done. They have my faith and confidence.
