Bev taking AJJ under his wing.

Playing shooting games Pat saw that shot & said

"get that broke $$$ #### outta here".

AJJ "check my resume".

Pat does it...." okay. but just cause you got that ncaa championship don't mean ####. you haven't done anything in the nba." Says he's his guy, brings the energy, & he's going to be special when Pat's done teaching him.

We should have been trying to drop to 4th and resting Giannis the past few weeks but now it's imperative that we drop. 2 losses to the Magic propel them above us and the Knicks have a soft schedule. Though if I were Boston I'd be looking to beat them and keep the Bucks in #2/3.
Stupid. Justplay to win. If we would have beaten the bottom teams last week we could have rested players already. Besides we are no better than anyone down to the 8th seed.

Well I have some bad news for you...

Right now Philly and Miami are in the 7/8 spot. Just have to hope whoever loses that play-in game beats whoever wins between ATL/Chicago and Boston is facing the loser of Philly/Miami in that scenario assuming Philly/Miami stay in the 7/8 spot.

That would be just Boston's luck.

Bulls and Heat play in a re-match of last season for the #8 seed and the Bulls have some fluky game where win because they shoot 60% from 3. Then the Bulls go back to being the Bulls in their 1st round series with the Celtics.

That would be really be annoying.

Although if we're being honest, the Celtics have actually kind of had bad luck when it comes to getting bad match-ups in the playoffs. It's one of the main reasons why they haven't been able to get over the hump and win a title.

Miami making it to the ECF as an #8 seed last season and then the Warriors kind of randomly getting back to the Finals for a season in 2022, were nightmare scenarios for Boston in back to back seasons.

I know the Bucks need to take it one series at a time but I don't like the Knicks as a 3 seed. I would love for them to beat up on the Cs as a 4 seed.

Gary Harris is out (he played last night). Fultz is questionable (he played last night). F. Wagner is questionable (he did not play last night).
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I think i'll stick with the archaic idea that the Bucks should try for the 2 seed.

After 79 games I still feel the same as I felt a few months ago, when I said I thought we would have a great shot against Boston in a 7 game series. I said before this season that all trades Boston made before the season might have made them better overall from last season, but it made them a more favorable match-up for us.

79 games later, that appears to be the case.

My fear has always been that I just don't think we'll make it to Boston in the ECF because we will run into the Heat or Pacers on our road to the ECF.

The Bucks falling to #4 and playing either the Magic or Cavs in the 1st round, then the Celtics in round 2, might be our best road to finally get back to the ECF. Would suck if we fall to #4 and the Pacers end up #5.

That said, I still have some pretty series doubts about the Bucks making it out of the 1st round (Even if Giannis is healthy). But if we draw the Magic or Cavs, we'll have a shot. Those 2 teams don't scare me, as long as the Bucks aren't playing loser ball.

I really don’t care about seeding. Just need to see this team healthy when they get to the postseason. Even if they rest everyone and trot out the kids/G-Leaguers, idc tbh.

Me too. My feeling after we traded for Dame was as long as we are healthy come playoff time, we will win the title. I said it over and over.

Unfortunately, we have not been able to stay healthy and unless a miracle happens I don't think this will happen.

Hell no to that we are by far a better home team this year! Just try and win to get top 3 seed let Giannis rest till he’s ready to play hopefully to start the 1st round.

I don't feel as confident about the Bucks now as I did back in October, even if Giannis is healthy.

But assuming we are playing good basketball, we are a bad match-up for the Celtics. And that has been proven over the course of this season.

The Heat and Pacers scare me more than Boston, a lot of people might be like, huh? But it's all about match-ups. The Heat and Pacers are just really bad match-ups for us.

I would be 110% on board for the #2 seed if we were playing good basketball, but the way we've been playing for the past month and a half, we probably would be wise to at least try to go for a more favorable match-up in round 1, even if it costs us seeding.

If we finish #2 and draw the Heat, we are toast with how we are playing right now. Probably toast if we draw Philly too if Embiid is at least 85%.

Important to stay away from having Dame and Malik at the same time on court. Otherwise our interior defense will be cracked open.

John Hammond revenge game. I'm always rooting for Hammond, except against the Bucks.

Met him at a bball clinic many moons ago and introduced myself. He invited me to contact him to watch some practices, but I never took him up on it. Great guy and very humble.

And for all his misses (as if other GMs don't miss), did I ever mention that he picked Giannis and stole KM from the Pistons? Nah, I know. He was just lucky.
