If Denver had better assets they would be a great team for Portis. Even if they did have the assets it would be hard to trade with them because Portis could make them unbeatable in the playoffs. With Gordon versatility and Portis shooting they could play huge line ups with all three bigs if they needed too.

They allowed so much contact and physicality the first two games compared to these two in Minny. That's been the big adjustment that's allowed Denver back in the series.

I can't imagine how irate I would be right now if I was a Wolves fan over Murray not being suspended after game 2.

I would have been mad after game 2 and he didn't get a suspension, but I would especially mad now that the Nuggets tied the series up.

so what makes Bobby so valuable for Denver compared to Milwaukee? If you believe that, wouldn't it just be best to keep him? It's not like Denver is a defensive juggernaut who can absorb Bobby's shortcomings any better than we could.

Yeah he's not. The bigger problem in Utah was that those teams were built for him to clean up everything on the back end, so if you could move him out of there, they were hopeless.
