It wouldn't be realgm if we didn't bring our Dr opinions into play.

The hammy comment was Jez saying hammies are the easiest to come back to, that was a surprise.

Yeah you know what, what I should have said is that hamstrings are easiest to return to running from. Then quads, calves slowest. The recovery time depends on whether connective tissue is involved. Tendinous muscle ruptures in hammies/quads are like 12 week injuries. Obviously we know about achilles.

Sorry for the confusion.

Calves are tricky, have the slowest recovery. In terms of return to play it goes hamstrings before quads before calves.

Then factoring in how important Giannis is and his play style, I can absolutely see that they want to be very sure before they put him on a court.

Do you think he comes back this series?

It' just so hard to say without me being able to test him, lol. If I could see him run and jump, or not, I could answer that. Sorry.

other than durants weird ass rupture is there a correlation between calves and achilles ruptures? why are we talking about it besides durant?

i always thought that was a weird coincidence but maybe im wrong?

Aaron Rodgers? Calf injury constantly then one day pop goes the Achilles.
