Guys, the Pacers are pricks, & they aren't a great team, but they are no playoff bums either like much of this board claimed. This entire series has been hotly contested, & they had a similar distinction as us of playing well against good teams.

I think the Bucks strongly indicating they would have beaten them even w/out Giannis, if not for extra injuries, reflects this team w/ Giannis would have had as good of a shot or better than anyone to win it all.

I think some of it is Bucks fans also crapping on them for facing injured teams (first Giannis, now OG), much like the board crapped on the Raptors for not having to face KG in the finals after the blown achilles.

Agree. Pacers went through a bad mid season lull, but really came together again in the last 15 games of the regular season.

Teams with 5 shooters are hard to guard.

Didn’t even know a game was on but I expected the pacers to win these next two (next 4 all together but we’ll see). The knicks with their injuries started to feel like that fun Cinderella team punching above their weight the last couple games. DDV and hart won’t be able to keep up that crazy production all series and add on the heavy mpg load and it’s bound to turn ugly.

If OG doesnt come back the Pacers will win next 2 as well

Celtics are 100% in east finals.

Denver and Dallas in west finals.

Poor Knicks have just run out of bodies and puff.

They’re not out of it though. Winner of game 5 takes this series I reckon.

Thibs run them to the ground. Too many minutes. Many teams would play better if their coaches give more minutes to main players. But will they stay healthy?

It is not about how well you can play.

It is about how well you can play and keep your players healthy at the same time.

The main purpose of regular season and long playoffs is to tire your players. You have to win AND stay healthy while you win. Thats why I always laugh when I hear people saying "if we were healthy we would do this and that".

And it makes you value our 2021 title more. We were able to win enough and stay healthy.

The Pacers are getting quite the charmed run this year similar to the Celts. Giannis and (semi) Dameless Bucks and now they have the Knicks running on fumes (who are being forced to play Alec Burks it has got so grim).

Donte's breakthrough has been crazy, but it's looked in this series that he's still pretty ass finishing around the rim.

The Pacers might pull a 2021 Atlanta and end up in the ECF even though they're really like a #7 seed in a year when the conference isn't weak.

I don't think the Bucks would have for sure beat the Pacers with Giannis, because the Bucks have a lot of issues.

But on paper, they should have breezed to the ECF and then the one legit good team in the east (Boston) is a favorable match-up for the Bucks.

Games aren't won paper though, obviously.

The Bucks should have (Arguably) breezed through the east on paper. The Bucks also should have won 60+ regular season games on paper, but they failed to even win 50.

You could argue that if you want but Vegas having our over/under at 53.5 and not the favorite in the East would probably lead one to believe that your argument may have had some bias.

There's an example of Jokic's patience and touch. Got Naz Reid in the air then hits a beauty of a soft jumper to beat the buzzer.
