AS MWP said, they offered him a max deal..I believe he even signed for a little less here. Nothing described was "nuclear". We lived through Klutch's sabotage, I'm sure we'll be fine with Jimmy Butler, especially considering the relationship his agent has with FO.

It's super easy to really tweak your neck and then recover isn't always simple. Also super easy to re-injure. I tweaked my neck playing ball when I was younger. One of he most annoying things I've ever experienced took like 2 months to heal.

Have to say, it's probably a bad idea to start chirping to the other team's #1 option to get them even more into the game and I'm sure they saw a lot of that off the court with teammates. Once again, Miami may embrace that since they like their players to be open and honest.

Here's one little example that was safe for McMahon to give which is quite possibly a reason Tatum made his post about a great teammate. This probably isn't even close to an issue in Miami which is why I say he may be embraced in Miami, may even want his mouth running on the court, could get the rest of the team to wake up.
