Another who could possibly be in our range is Baylor Scheierman. I think Miami could do good things with him if they get him.

If the Heat miss on Collier they can offer Fultz like 6-8mil for a few seasons (assuming they make other moves like moving Herro/Rozier/Robinson).

Do we think the Heat would draft a player with a lazy reputation or is known to need his coach to motivate him? I'm kinda leaning to no.

When i first started scouting early in this process i thought the same as well but have had a change of heart. Looks like he’s matured and is saying and doing all the right things. His workouts and interviews are going to be key. I’m sure when the Heat work him out they are going to try and break him to see if he can hang. If he passes there test he will be high on their board.

The draft is upcoming on June 26-27 correct, I thought I read that yesterday scrolling through ESPN.

Yep, we'll definitely see. If they pick him, it's cause they trust him. I trust the Heat when it comes to drafting. It's been awhile since they didn't hit. I don't even think Precious was a bad pick in isolation. He's been a rotation piece everywhere he's been. It's just bad in the context that we could've had Maxey.

Why do I get this shaking feeling that if we select a C in this draft that in a few years every Heat fan going to be screenshotting the draft board and the guys picked after Miami once they become better players and saying we could of had him.
