Juliian Wright is totally raw and i doubt New Orleans gives him up considering the health career of Peja. Plus, you give New Orleans no incentive to take Charlie Bell, just saying "they want a 5yr/22mill backup PG"
Dorrell Wright is 22 years old. So all the chances in the world? What do you expect out of the kid. When he's gotten 25 minutes or more playing time over the course of his career he's put up 11.8 points 7.6 rebounds 2.5 assists 1 steal and 1.5 blocks. He's very athletic and long which is something the Bucks need on the wing. Hell its something every team needs on the wing.
Julian Wright is raw, and New Orleans is looking to cash in on their success right now, which is why you see them looking for bench help. They get Ricky Davis, whom I think miiiiight want to stay seeing as how he would suddenly find himself on a winning team. He hasn't had such luck during his career.
Bell's contract is not 5 years 22 million. Jesus, if you're going to argue, try to get your facts straight. His deal is 5 years 18.5 million which means in the last year he'll be making somewhere around 4.1 million, hardly a back breaker. He's shot VERY VERY poorly this season. He's being a whiny baby, he obviously wants out of Milwaukee. This provides a change of scenery. New Orleans hopes he turns it around and becomes the good bench player he's been the past two seasons.

This deal is incomprehensibly bad for Milwaukee.
Look at the "filler" that's be swapped around. Basically, Milwaukee is trading Simmons, Bell and Gadzuric for Crawford, James, Blount, Parker and Rose. James, Parker and Rose are essentially useless so talentwise, it's effectively Simmons/Bell/Gadz for Crawford/Blount. That's probably a wash.
But if you look at contracts, Simmons/Bell/Gadzuric combine to make $55M in the next 4 years. Crawford/James/Blount/Parker/Rose combine to make $67M.
To put it succinctly, Milwaukee would not do this trade even if Redd wasn't involved. That's how bad it is.

Orlando isn't in the business of fixing other team's cap problems.
Your deal is somewhat reasonable for Miami. It's bad for Milwaukee. It's WAY too good for NY. And it's atrocious for Orlando.
David Lee is a nice player, but his trade value isn't that high. You can't sacrifice him and expect to get Michael Redd plus $17M in expiring contracts! That's ludicrous.
