So, uh, what to do about Tucker. Do Clippers still keep him, or do they trade him? Reports of Clippers possibly buying Tucker out have barely cracked the Wikipedia list of acceptable resources; last I remember, there was a hint of that on Clipperholics (or was that Sports Skeeda). Either way, it's just a matter of time before that becomes Adrian Wojnarowski material.

I am not sure he has any trade value. Just keep him in case there is an injury unless he is a cancer to the locker room.

Anyone else think Theis needs to be starting? He does so many more things. He had 3 awesome blocks last night and is much better at switching than Zubac. He helped lead Germany to the gold medal so he has the stones. We start off so slow every game and I think we need a change to the starting lineup to try and get off to good starts. Let Zubac come in later and than which ever is playing better down the stretch can finish.

in the last 2 games that we won, tucker played zero minutes, Westbrook and Harden shared the floor for only 6 minutes.

Since Theis arrived, P.J. has played more than 16 minutes just once (L). We are 7-3 since Theis's arrival. We are 0-4 when P.J. plays more than 16 minutes.

That's the respect you show a veteran. Tucker was permitted to play his way out of the rotation. Same with Russ's demotion and diminished minutes. Everybody can see for themselves what needs to be done, no accusations of coach's favoritism or bias.

It's unfortunate that Bones is a victim of the numbers game--hopefully only temporarily--but his minutes would come from Russ, Powell or Mann or even Beard, and Ty has to get them squared away first if we're going to make a real run at the Larry. Indeed, Kobe Brown is getting all the developmental minutes we can afford because he fills an immediate need.

Yup, I feel bad for Bones because I think he has the potential to be a core contributor. But the team is too guard heavy after getting Harden. People are already feeling bad about Russ' minutes... Bones is basically premium insurance at this point.

Agreed about Kobe filling a need. He skipped the line because Plumlee got hurt, and Tucker is unplayable. A big man rotation of Zu, Theis, Plumlee and Brown is pretty solid. Zu/Plumlee are more suitable to match up against the bigger Jokics/Embiids, and Theis and Brown can stretch the floor and bring more athleticism.

Awesome win, glad they finally took it to Denver and won.. especially after the last one.

Tucker hasn't panned out, for sure, and upside is not reliable to be there probably even in the playoffs at this point.

Would rather Diabate get his spot as backup to backups, and get spot minutes... which he has a bit, but some more..
