They should have gone with Oceanside Clippers instead. the new arena is 40 miles from downtown SD.

It reclaims San Diego for the Clippers brand. Smart marketing ploy. In fact, I got a survey from the Clips about whose number to retire first. I said the late Randy Smith, the franchise's all-time leading scorer.
And I agree with Mr. Clemenza and Maxmedia about the logo. I like the SDC one better too.
