I don't feel good at all about watching that happen. After seeing the PG injury, knowing what a lost season feels like, not knowing if they're ever gonna return the same way as before. Hayward seems like a good dude. I been watching him since that Butler run. And the first game he plays reunited with Stevens this happens? Wow. So not cool. Best wishes for his recovery.

The GB thread on this is just a mess.

I never watched the PG injury I did see this happen tonight. I broke my own left leg and tore up my ankle 12 yrs ago and I have not been the same since. But I was 43 when it happened and 340 lbs so that could be a factor!

That was a nasty fall. With the tibia broke in the joint Gordon could be out the entire year. But I still think Boston has enough to get to the ECF. Brown and Tatum were good last night. Boston's year will be next year. They better hope Horford's body holds up.

The Thunder win over the Knicks behind their big three. Paul George with 28. They are going to be a good defensive team.

Steph Curry turned into Dray Green tonight!!

Threw his mouthpiece at the ref and got ejected. Should probably get a game suspension too.

KJ McDaniels waived. He hasn't shown much yet (lack of a shooting stroke in particular kills him) but if we're looking for a defensive wing prospect he seems a good choice.

After the first week some early surprises with Golden State and Oklahoma being 1-2. I think Minnesota is a real threat in the west.

I think I would rather have him than JYoung. He's only on a $1.5 million contract this year.

With our lack of depth at SF, if he could come in and play decent defense for 12-15 mpg that would help. We need to find some kind of solution there. I think GRIII will help, but in my opinion, he will only be a good back up wing and who knows when he will return or how long it will take for him to get back into rhythm.

Anthony Davis suffers a knee injury... and just like that my fantasy basketball season is on thin ice... yikes.

Orlando with a big win over the visiting (and previously undefeated) San Antonio Spurs. Now, granted, the Spurs are without Kawhi Leonard, but this has been an encouraging start for Frank Vogel and the Magic. Hope they keep it up!

Orlando is currently leading the East :o

Small sample size of course, and it's early season besides. Still, should be a confidence booster for Vogel's young squad. Aaron Gordon is finally looking like a star. They also had a nice pickup in Jonathon Simmons in FA.

I would love to see Frank Vogel have some success there after that team looking so bad last season.

Even Fournier and Nikola Vucevic have been studs too. Good for Vogel and the Magic. They recently smoked the Cavs by 21.

I think the OKC Thunder look like they are gonna be pretty good by the end of the year. The Adams/Melo front court fits together really well. I'm not the biggest Westbrook fan, but you can't deny the talent and the impact he has on games. I think PG will look better once he adapts to not being the first banana on offense anymore.

I don't think we were ever gonna lure MVP talent here, but their defense and their fit and style of play looks a lot like what I had hoped to see when Paul George was here, and we just didn't get the players that we would have needed to do that.

To be fair, it was in an effort to get us a 21 year old SF.

Clearly, I value him highly.
