There are 10 teams that have been eliminated from the post-season already...
Wizards
Pacers
Magic
Hornets
Pistons
Mavericks
Jazz
Trail Blazers
Rockets
Spurs
Here are my general questions for those teams:
1. Is your team keeping your coach?
1A. If not, what replacement makes sense?
2. Who is definitely staying on your 2023-24 roster?
3. What are your team's biggest off-season needs?
4. Which draft targets make sense in your range?
5. Which free agent targets make sense with your spending capabilities?
6. Which trade targets make sense?
7. Who is most readily available from your team for trade?
8. Which free agent, if any, is most likely to leave?
Specifically for the Rockets:
1. Would signing James Harden change the off-season plan in any way?
2. If you did not get Harden, what would be the plan for your cap space?

Re: 2023 Off-Season
Well Silas is already gone.
Everyone since they are all relatively young and on cheap deals. Martin Jr might be the only one gone.
A PG, preferably one with a solid jump shot since we already struggle with efficiency. Harden could fill that roll but not at all our cap space and we are better off long term finding/drafting a young prospect to develop. Don't like Thompson cause I see him as Westbrook/Simmons 2.0 in that they could fill up the stat sheet but can't hit a jumper or a FT which can turn them into a liability in the modern NBA.
