Game 53, Warriors at Jazz 6PM PST, the usual suspects

Post#1 » by SinceGatlingWasARookie » Fri Feb 16, 2024 1:20 am

Warriors at Jazz, wait a second I already saw this game and we won by 20. Deja vu.

Deja Vu unless the Jazz want revenge badly enough to change the outcome.
We did not play well vs the Clippers, Do we play well vs the Jazz in round 2?

Every game counts if we want the 6th seed or higher.

Big news no klay starting, can't wait to see more meltdowns on the bench

This'll be interesting. I want the picture in picture with a close up of Klay all 48 tonight.

My hopes for this game:

- starting lineup does well enough… I mean it’s been one of best lineups in the league, just would be a bad time to struggle when Klay is coming off the bench.

- Solid Klay game. Everyone should be rooting for him to succeed in a bench role.

- Dray not getting caught up in antics. I don’t mind talking trash or yelling at refs when it’s about the game… just stop all the other nonsense that crept back up against clippers.

- Kuminga making some adjustments from last Jazz game. Tough matchup but let’s see if he can pick his spots without getting into trouble vs Kessler.

I'm really happy Klay isn't starting, but c'mon we don't want or need Klay pouting on the bench anymore. I hope he does well with the 2nd group on lower minutes and we can just focus on the season.

Klay playing well just means he’ll get to start next game. Really we need moody to take Klays bench role so we can see what we have next year. We need to see if extending moody is worth anything, at the very least build up some type of value for him. Worst thing that can happen is he gets the qo balls out and then we’re priced out completely and get no value for him at all. Just flushing another lottery pick down the drain. Moody will be going into his 4th year next year and hasn’t had any consistent role but is constantly being played in the playoffs when we need him.

Wow, Kerr putting his foot down after Klay's late game dumb ass foul yesterday clearly pizzed him off.

End of the Splash Bros era officially
I was right about 3 point shooting. I expect to be right about Tacko Fall. Some coach will figure out how to use Tacko Fall. This movement towards undersized centers will sweep ng back. Back to the basket scorers will return to the NBA.

Kuminga is oddly indecisive right now.

Defense is not good tonight, I guess a a back to back but also the offense needs to change, right now motion offense is being guarded very well

3rd game in 4 nights, it looks like it's taking its toll. Add in the klay drama and this team looks alot like the dubs post dray punching poole incident.

I guess now is about the time to drop Klay in fantasy. Might have to let him be someone elses problem from here on in.

Wiggins came to play. Everyone else though, already in All-star break mode.

I didn't like how little effort Klay made to grab that escape pass from GP2. He just stood there and let a Jazz player grab it.
The hottest of takes...
