The psychological factors and home court were in our favor so I am counting this mail biter as a Suns victory.

We are not ready to beat the Suns in a 7 game series but this was close enough that having Chris Paul back could tip things in our favor.

Curry’s game winning shot was Amazing even by Curry standards.

Booker is one of the best unspectacular superstars ever. Booker does not do spectacular things but he keeps doing very good things over and over.

The 5 man unit of Curry/Podz/Wiggins/Kuminga/Draymond is turning the corner, and could be a legit playoff pusher.

Add in a dash of GPII, and a pinch of Looney, and we have ourselves a legit difference making group.

On offense Podz is the back up point guard. I don’t know who the back up point guard is on defense.

Klay’s defense was OK.

He was not a chucker.
But he also was not a scorer.

if he was coming off the bench and giving me 5 points on 2-10 shooting and 1-7 from 3pt line in 8 mins i would have no issue... but 24 minutes of this nightmare starting along with playing terrible defense and showing terrible body language and not accepting reality will always have me and many people on this board critical of his play!

Dray coming back has turned wiggins into an all nba level defender which in turn has made our defense elite again. They cover so much ground that it allows the other 3 to stick to their man or area because they know help is coming. Their fingerprints were all over the 4th quarter tonight. Pacers and now the suns? This isn't a fluke.

If steph is 1A, dray is 1B. His antics shroud how good and valuable he is.

Now with gp2 back, we can afford offensive dry spells because our defense can keep the opponents in check (unless saric or klay or God forbid both are on the court).

He definitely should be a revered GSW legend in retirement, close to the top of the tree in that regard, and I still revere him now for what he has done, which is not the same as believing he should start and play 30 minutes for old times sake just now.

It’s not just the shooting. It’s the defensive intensity, night and day with him on/off the floor.

I almost can't believe that I'm saying it, but what about doing a buyout? The Dubs truly do play much better when he's not there. He's not injured, and he apparently wasn't tradeable, so what about a buyout? If he goes somewhere else and excels, good for him, and it sets him up for a new contract. But otherwise, he's been a liability most of the year, and the team genuinely looks worse when he plays. Kerr respects him too much to just sit him, so ??

Dray is amazing but he needs a ton of help on defense. He’s still 2. We have all nba level defenders on the team outside of dray. Dray enables them to become that but they still have that talent level on defense which dray needs to make the defense works. Curry is not working with same talent level on offense. I mean it all works together and the sum is greater than the parts but curry is still 1. Plus defense is continually underpaid in the nba and thus easier to find which is why we don’t have offensive help.

People on the GB actually suggesting we won because of the refs

Melo and amare should thrive in this offense. If Jeremy Tyler and cole Aldridge looked that good in summer league then us knick fans have a lot to be excited about. Make room for all the bandwagoners when we take off

Good win but let's be honest, that inbounds pass to Curry probably should have been picked off. But I guess sometimes you just need a little luck. Refs kinda ruined the game for me.
