Yes, it was kinda like preseason. On the other hand, he didn’t look nearly that good in preseason.

If Dray, Curry, Klay, Kuminga and Wiggins all have good offensive games the same night our defense can be mediocre and we still can not be beaten. But our defense must be mediocre not bad and all 5 guys being good offenively the same night does not happen that much. But damn we show signs of potentially having a devastating offense.

The fun is back.

The entire team is standing up and ecstatic at that saric chocolate Thunder style hammer dunk.

Seems like Kerr is finally settling into a good rotation pattern, the joy seems to be back, it's definitely noticeable.

Still, we have left +- 8 wins on the table during the season due to his coaching.

I'd like to see more minutes to Moody and TJD. Both guys playing more, along with GP2's return, would improve this team a lot, IMO.

I'm afraid Kerr won't do that, and when CP3 returns he will try to fit him in and give him lots of minutes, despite our latest results, once again disrupting momentum and chemistry.

Finally, it seems like we won't make any move at all in today's trade deadline.

On playback.

Steph was much better than his boxscore would indicate. His screen game was on point. The gravity and screening WAS the reason that guys like wiggins and jk were able to attack the rim.

Klay was better on offense, he was patient and and only forced a couple (which is big). He looks much better playing off steph, jk, and wiggs than having those guys having to play off him.

I still want Klay to fit as well with Kuminga as he fits with Trayce Davis. I want an offense that has many screens and running off the ball like the 2016 73 win Warriors. I love Kuminga’s offense but I don’t want it to be your turn my turn like Tatum and Brown.

Of the 349 players that have played 290+ minutes he ranks:

309th in VORP
348th in PER
338th in OBPM
256th in DBPM
336th in BPM
332nd in WS/48
336th in WS

It was about 30 seconds into his first game that I called him out for not being an NBA caliber player and that he embodies all of our teams weaknesses.

he hit 2 3s in a row and I got excited

The data looks like he's probably one of the worst 11th guys in the league while playing fewer minutes than 12 of our other guys. I'm not sure what anyone expected. It seems like people were really hurt that he wasn't what... a 9th guy? The best 11th guy in the league? Other?

I'm hurt that he's even playing. He's the 5th string PG and the teams 6th best playmaker. The team lacks size, defense, a dependable 2nd scoring option and an interior presence.

He embodies all of the teams weaknesses. Every minute he plays is a minute a better player/fit could be playing. There is no reason for him to have even been on the floor or the roster.
