I have become quite a fan and his redemption story/proving the rest of the NBA wrong and the rancor against GSW for having him on the team despite the derision when he was signed was one of the most enjoyable aspects of the 4th title for me.

Some of his being relegated to the bench was due to misfortune with whatever went on with his family last year and the broken rib courtesy of Lebron, but they are not getting anything like the value of championship Wiggs if they trade him on his current contract imo, and I don't think that guy has permanently gone.
A suggestion I saw was Wiggins and Moody for Jarret Allen and Okorro

Certainly Jarrett Allen would be a major addition for GSW. Is the assumption the Cavs don’t need him because they have Mobley ?.

Why would we trade for Jarrett Allen only to bench him in the playoffs lol

I was right about 3 point shooting. I expect to be right about Tacko Fall. Some coach will figure out how to use Tacko Fall. This movement towards undersized centers will sweep ng back. Back to the basket scorers will return to the NBA.

This was suggested on a Cavs site.

If they were dumb enough to trade Moses, I kinda want him to go to a decent EC team .

Remember not too long ago y’all were saying you wouldn’t even trade Wiggins for Siakam straight up? Funny how that turned out lol

Wiggins is getting better with every game. Warriors need to keep him AND Kuminga and play them together.
I still haven't seen anyone guard the way he did in 22. I think he'll be back to that by the end of the season.

Siakam makes no sense for a team that already has a 4.

I've been of the opinion that Wiggins is a critical part of the Warriors' chances for another championship. As such I've been giving him slack to come back from whatever it is that is causing his poor impact, the same slack or even more than I've been giving Klay.

After this game though with Wiggins going -29 in 17 minutes, which by my rule of thumb makes him an unplayable player, I think the time has come to seriously ask what is going on with him to an even greater extent than the talk surrounding Klay and Kuminga have received. Previously I'd dismiss trading Wiggins outright. With this performance I'm coming round to the view such a trade should be on the table.

Wiggins is bringing everyone down, JK, Curry, Klay....wow
JK/Wiggins is now -14.7 per 36
Wiggins/Curry is now -6 per 36

are we just giving up the season like that?

It's just amazing how this FO just hands out contracts. Idk what they could've done. Maybe wait till the last moment and not bid against themselves? Dray, Wiggins and Poole all negative contracts. How does this team get rid of him without attaching some valuable assets

His shot is busted.

Opponents are giving him room and a lot of his shots are so off, like someone learning to play the game for the first time.

Whatever happened during his time off, it broke whatever skills -- muscle memory, form, just coordination -- he had.

I also looked at all the narrow losses we had : 11 of them..and Wiggins did terribly in 8 of them: shooting at 34% and -11 per game. Just imagine how many close wins we would have if we dont play him.. We could be like 22-14 and its not even a long shot

I still think there is some kind of injury. He’s so much less explosive. And he misses so many shots at the rim now.

Yeah, it's becoming more noticeable. He's not jumping with any kind of force. He wont even attempt a dunk in traffic. It's like he's afraid to get hurt if he extends himself. Imo, it's all in his head. It was probably the biggest injury in his career to date.

I doubt celebrini would let him play if there was something physical with him.

If he’s not 90 percent, let him sit until All Star Break. No point in playing while in pain. Let Moody play in his place.

It's like he needs his own personal mini off season, followed by an individual training camp. Hit the reset button.
