Keep that handy ;)

It's really easy to do. I'll put up a tutorial soon that will show everyone how to do one.

Detroit strikes first. Burnett having some control issues and they're hurting us on the basepaths.

Wow, terrible inning so far. MLB Gameday paints a hideous picture.

Everyone is so worried about Okha, Towers, and Chacin...what about Burnett! We need a solid season from him be in contention.

I hope he doesn't make excuses and ask to be put on the DL.

Okay here's a quick tutorial for anyone who wants to make the overhead diamond for game threads.

Image

1) Save the image above to your computer.
2) Go to Microsoft Paint and open the picture.
3) Let's say Gustavo Chacin is pitching. You can go to http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/teams/roster?team=tor and click on any name. After you click on for example, Chacin, right click his profile picture and select copy image.
4) Go back into Paint and press Paste. Then just drag the image over the player you are replacing.
5) Next use the select rectangle to select the name you are getting rid of. Once the name is highlighted in the rectangle press Delete.
6) You'll now have a white rectangle withing the field. Use the eyedropper and click on either the grass or the dirt, depending on who you replaced. Once you do this it will automatically switch to the Fill with Colour icon. Just click on the white space and it should fill in with the colour you chose.
7) Now click on the Text(looks like an A).
8 ) At the bottom of the menu there are two coloured shape boxes. Click on the bottom one.
9) Click on the colour white.
10) Drag with your mouse where you want to put the new player name where the old one was.
11) Click on View, Text Toolbar. Pick your font (I used the Jays current font) but anything is good. I used size 14.
12) Type in the players name.
13) Save it as a .PNG
14) Go to Image, and click on Stretch/Skew.
15) In the Stretch Horizontal and Vertical spaces, type in 55 and 55. Press OK.
16) Save it again under a different name as a .PNG (The first save allows you to edit it easily whenever you want. The second save is for game threads).
17) Upload the image in Photobucket or any image storing sites.
18 ) Post it and you're done!

It seems like a lot of steps but it is really easy. If you have any questions just ask me. Now try it yourself!

Here's what I did using these exact steps.
