Bit of a throwaway lineup today for game 1. No Springer, Kirk, or Kiermaier (injury).

Also no Bass either any longer after multiple instances of showing himself to be a total moron.

Mitch White is posting a 10 ERA in AAA, so we definitely got worse.

But the idiot was apparently determined to get DFA'd by this team based on his interviews, so eventually you have to give the guy what he desired.

Except for one bad outing, Bass did pitch good in the Month of May (had an ERA of 1.80, and 9 out of 11 Scoreless appearances in the month). This team did get a bit worse with Mitch White now replacing Bass, but after the comments made by Bass yesterday where he appeared to Double Down- it would have been a PR nightmare for this organization to have him around. I am for giving people second chances, but the comments made by Bass yesterday had to be the last straw.

Just tuned in. Is Schneider waving the white flag with this lineup?? Biggio AND Espinal and Heineman? What in gods name is going on?
Why is Kirk at least not in there? Oh right, Coaches Decision - Too Fat. He needs his customary week off after every game. Smh.
