But Ohtani wasn’t on the plane. So either Rogers wants to scare him away with more chatter – something Ohtani apparently doesn’t like, or glory in their failure.
Ohtani can be on a plane or not be on a plane and it would have nothing to do with him remaining still very much fair game to talk about on the biggest sports radio network in the country. What should they talk about? The Raptors?
The only way this makes sense is if Rogers was feeling vulnerable due to the entire day’s events ,,,, So they put on two baseball guys to reiterate that they “know nothing”, and to report on Bob nightingale’s tweet. Trying to tamp down the noise.
