Lukes getting DH time over Biggio. That's where the team is at with Biggio now.

Biggio is 1 for his last 21. So Schneider made the right call giving Lukes a shot over Biggio. Glad Lukes could at least get a Sacrifice Fly in his bat. In any other organization, Biggio would be in the Minors or DFA.

An unpopular opinion but I’d give Biggio a week of games to see if he can get it turned around

Cimber isn't the guy I'd be bringing in to hold a lead here against the top of the order in the 8th.

Yeah, unsurprisingly using our worst non-Mitch White RP this year in the biggest spot of the game is looking like a bad decision.

What a waste of a game from this manager. Had he not watched Cimber pitch this year? Why couldn't Francis have pitched the 8th?

Not sure why Pearson was not used today in the 8th, if Swanson was not available. Pearson just pitched yesterday after 5 days.

Don't blame Cimber. He's been awful all season and shouldn't have been anywhere near that spot. Blame the idiot manager who used him in the biggest spot of the game for no good reason.

Schneider with absolute bone head move to bring Cimber in the 8th. Not sure why Pearson was not used in this Inning.

5 hits (including a grandslam) and a hit batter. Went about as well as I thought it would.

He clearly wasn't available. Why Francis didn't pitch the 8th over a guy who has been awful all season is anybody's guess though.

Can't believe we're about to lose two winnable games in a row. Offense needs to wake the hell up. Scoring 3 runs a game and expecting the pitching to always walk a fine line isn't always gonna cut.

We all knew he was an idiot since the Seattle loss in the Wild Card. There was no justification to bring in Cimber in the 8th. He has been terrible all year.

I know Pearson threw 27 pitches yday but man if it's him White or Cimber I'd give Nate another day. I think Francis should've came back out tho he was rolling.

Edit: Nate not being available isn't John's fault just sucks but what is his fault is not giving Francis another inning with Cimber in for back up.
