58 to 34 points in the paint for the Lakers...Mavs need more help in the paint...Lively can't be the only one who has to protect it

As is the Lakers coach for doing nothing for the last 40s and then taking a lackadaisical timeout with 2s left.

True but in fairness I thought Holmes did a decent job and Kidd actually played Holmes instead of Powell. There's only so much you can do against AD when he's hot.

With betting coming more and more to the NBA the officiating is gonna get worse by the day(there's no way Donaghy was the only crooked ref)...te refs are becoming a joke, offcourse the league won't do anything about that cause the ratings are rising

I was confused too. Lakers blew any chance of a comeback.

Unbelievable Luka, 88 minutes on a B2B 70 points, 25 assists, 2 wins.
Exum and THJ came up huge, Grant Willians was great also.

Remember what we talked about yesterday? Ham collapsing defense on Luka and if Exum makes his open shots? :D Textbook play from Doncic and the Mavs, simply have to make those open shots. Lakers had no other answer.

Teams are going to watch the film from tonight and they will guard Exum tighter off ball and close out harder. Which is great, it opens more of the lane for the other guys and Exum loves to take a close out off the bounce.

Exactly. Defender has to be closer to Exum and it opens up entirely name game for him. He loves to drive and he's quick with the ball so i hope he continues like this. Hopefully he's consistent for entire year aswell. At least around 35% would be ok-ish.

It was bizarre, Luka tries 1 screen, if it doesn't work another, drives to the middle, pass, swish, rinse ans repeat...

I didn't want to jinx, but I wrote this one off as a loss, and had no hope, great win Mavs!

Ham and Kidd battle who's the worst coach? :D

Though other than not taking TO's again in the right moment and playing Hardy extended minutes over OMax, i must give Kidd some credit. They did what worked best to perfection and got a W.

This was a good win on a back to back. Curious about the rotation when everyone comes back cause right now Exum on the starting line up has been gold.
