Yeah, it's just a screenshot portions from ESPN.com lol. Gotta give credit where credit is due.

I like how we're facing two starters who haven't pitched this season yet due to the snow-outs. Kind of odd, yes?

I have a feeling this series is going to be moved to Milwaukee and I may be heading up there even though I am a Cubs fan.
$10 bucks for a lower level seat is sweet.

A sad looking 2 days.

All year last year, we waited for the pitching to come around. This season, it seems to be the hitting.

Today the pitching combined to give up 1 hit in the Sox 2-1 loss. The Sox have scored 1 run in the last 2 games wasting two outstanding pitching performances by Danks, Contreras, and the bullpen.

The good news, as bad as our hitting has looked as of late, we are still 5-6 and only 2 games out. The Sox come back to the Cell to play Texas Tuesday. Hopefully we can finally get our offense/defense in sync and pick up at least 2 quality wins against Sammy Sosa's Rangers.

This has little to do with this series, but you bozos don't have a minorleague thread.

Dewon Day of the Birmingham Barons has struck out 16 batters in 5.2 innings. I'm venturing a guess that no one has ever done that before. 17 outs and 16 of them coming via the strikeout.

Yeah in AA ball. It is impressive as hell, don't get me wrong, but its the least of my concerns right now. You also make it sound like it was one game. This was done over a 4 game span.

With that said, your prob right. We should have a minor league thread somewhere. I think i suggested this before, but truth be told I don't care about it enough to keep one updated. :wavefinger:

Well, he's not really a prospect at all, I just thought it was pretty amazing.
